Great gift
I got this for my father for Christmas as he has a long commute, he uses it everyday and says it performs consistently and keeps his coffee hot throughout the commute

This cup never worked.
I tried on so many different occasions to get this cup to work but to no avail. Ember says to contact supplier but this platform is telling me to contact Ember. So now I have a heavy paper weight.

Support the Idea but not yet a good product.
I love the product when I first received it. I personalized the LED lights to be my name and my phone number which is super cool. Then the second day using it I realize some issues:1. Battery life is extremely short. You can only use them on your desk and make sure your mug charger is there.2. The capacity is really small. 300ml? Not even enough to drink for a 30 min walk to the park.3. White color is impossible to clean. I used the mug for my morning supplements, which are in green color. The Mug lid is very green now both in and out.4. Easy to break!!! The lid stopped locking to remain open on the 3rd day. Oh, also make sure you don't place them on the mug charger while it's not 100% dry!I love the idea but this mug has bought me more trouble than actually enjoy it. I would like to get a refund.

Keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature
Keeps my coffee hot when it’s cold out. It keeps it at the most perfect temperature. Great product.

Good idea but bad customer service
I love the cup but there customer service leaves something to be desired. The lid broke after using it only a handful of times and I tried to get a replacement but all of my emails and request for help go unanswered. Now I am left with an overpriced temperature controlling non-travel mug because it has no cover

Seems fine so far
First one broke down after like 3 uses, but they replaced it. Let's see how long this one keeps. Also battery could be better.
