It doesn't taste like meat, but it's really good. It kind of tastes like... ravioli filling? I put it in wraps with veggies, vegan mayo and dijon. It just has a really nice flavor. Removed one star because it doesn't separate nicely. You kind of have to peel the slices off each other and it's pretty much impossible not to rip them apart. I use a knife to separate them and that's easier. It would almost be better if this came as a block and not sliced. The darned slices stick together as if crazy glued -- well, at least some kind of damp glue.The taste is good, but perhaps the slices need to be thicker, and/or packaged similar to  365 Everyday Value, Organic Mild Cheddar Slices, 12 oz  or  Kraft, American Singles, 12 oz  or -- you tell me.So Mr/Ms Lightlife Packaging Department: get with the program and rescue your product from the Nice Try, abandoned product heap.
