I bought this trainer because I wanted a trainer that didn’t have latches but was still supportive and could be worn throughout the day without discomfort. This thing is so easy to put on and it feels like a nice hug. I’m wearing it as I type this. I’ve only had it for a few days but I’m enjoying it so far. I’ll update this if anything changes.

I have really bad back pain and this really helps! I often have discomfort at night after just a normal day of activity so I started wearing the waist trainer through out the day when possible and the eases the discomfort for me.

Go down a size it will compress your stomach and make it sweat but I wouldn't really say it's a waist trainer to make your waist smaller

It was too big and it wasn’t curving my body it was straight and didn’t fit the way I wanted

I love everything about this product it’s snug and stays in place. I use it daily for working out and it so easy to clean. Smart purchase will need a smaller on soon
