Nice, solid pans
We're using these for project organization, not for baking, but they're very sturdy, and a decent price for their quality.

What you use them for.
We like the ventilation when we make cookies but the bad thing is that crumbs spill on to the bottom of the oven.

Just what i wanted
I got this piece, and trays, to store pottery pieces prior to firing them. Less floor space is taken and far more can be held than with traditional shelving. The trays slide out fairly well but I think I'm going to spray a little WD40 on the tracks. Keep in mind, however, that trays filled with clay pieces weigh more than one filled with breads.

Awesome prouct. the aluminum is a good grade. The construction is smooth, no rough edges. We use them in our restaurant to bake our chicken and they do NOT cause the chicken to dry out like our former set did. We are happy
