Worse buy
The plastic on the screen makes a cracking sound as if it is going to crack. Its so irritating when you open and close the laptop. Looks like its going to crack. Cheap plastic rattling sound. The keyboard is pathetic not user friendly. Never buy this product. I want a refund forget the replacement. The laptop also is pretty slow and needs to be upgraded for any decent performance.

Do not buy this. It's not recommended at all.
This is becoming a pain. Wasn't expecting from HP such a cheap product. At times this does not even turn on. Doh!Waste of money.Edit:- the problem was in the battery and a service engineer came to my place to fix it. So edited it for their service. However, I'd still not recommend this product in this price range.

Pathetic product, worst display, increased processors and RAM, and display is of 5 years back technology

Very Slow
I am using this laptop for 1 year now,with in a year it has become very slow instead of having a i5 processor.It take more than 5 minutes to start working properly after boot. Performance of this laptop does not worth the price.

Initial observation is that performance is very slow during boot up process and also in regular usage.

Dont Buy this Product.
I have been using it for more than 2 .6 Years.It take more than 5 minutes to start working properly after boot. Performance of this laptop does not worth the price.

Sound is okay , battery life is gud , just that the body is of plastic and touchscreen in not that gud
