product is great5 stars for customer service.I received a scratch glass and they made it right and did it fast.The handles are small and hard to hold, i feel like they are mor ethereal just to look at. But they are like that since they are made to be stacked, so the handles are completely understandable.Would buy these again. The colors are very nice and the glasses seem like they will last for my needs.

These cups are the perfect size for my Nespresso lungos. Also, I prefer porcelain and these are of a high standard. I like the colors too. Unfortunately, my first shipment got tossed around in shipment and a couple of the cups arrived broken. But within a week, I received a complete new set at no charge! So now I have extras. I’m very impressed with that kind of customer service and will look for Sweese brand products in the future while I enjoy these cups.

These cups are great for coffee or cappuccino but I used them for tea too. Love the different colors, they were packed very well so I had no chips or cracks. Very good and reasonable price. I would buy them again! We had lunch at a restaurant is where I found this brand, when I finished my coffee I turn the cup over to see who made them and ordered.

Used these for a hot cocoa bar and they're great! They were perfect for kids to hold, they're a great size and I love that they can be stacked for better storage.

The cups are beautifully made and I like the pastel color set I bought.Main reason for my purchase was to find a cup which will fit under DeLonghi Dedica but still has at least 10oz capacity. Those ones are perfect for the job, see the attached picture. And believe me it was not easy to find cups fitting the bill.I do not have problem with handles, mentioned by some other reviewers, they are perfect size for me.And you can enjoy different colors every day!Client service is also helpful and on the spot with quick answers.Highly recommended.

Dieser Satz diente zur Vervollständigung meiner älteren Tassen des Herstellers. Leider hat die Qualität nachgelassen und der Preis ist dafür gestiegen. Die Tassen sind schön aber diesmal mit leicht abweichenden Durchmessern innerhalb des Sets und eine auch leicht schief. Eine Tasse hatte nach dem zweiten Spülgang ein Riss im Boden. Ob die Ursache bei mir oder in der Qualität lag ist nicht mehr festzustellen.
