I recently installed the SECRUI Door Chime at the office, and it’s been great. The installation was super easy—no tools required, and the sensor synced perfectly with the chime. The 400ft range is impressive too; I can hear it clearly from anywhere in the house, which is perfect for larger spaces. I also love that the volume is adjustable. I can set it loud enough to hear in busy rooms, but not so loud that it startles anyone. The chime sounds are pleasant and not overly annoying, unlike some cheaper models I’ve tried before. Overall, this door chime makes it easy to know when someone’s at the door, without any hassle or complicated setup. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple, reliable door chime system!

I use this is my dog grooming salon and it’s perfect! The volume adjustment is perfect to still hear over loud days. It’s a great value for the money and is holing up well. The sensitivity is perfect and it goes off right when the door is opened.

Easy to install

Very low price, and very capable. I bought this so I'd know when mail was delivered. The distance from the house to the mailbox is about 135 feet. I had to find just the right receptacle to plug the receiver in that would have the fewest walls between and be the closest. It wasn't my first choice for location, but it was the only one that would reliably receive the signal and chime. It's to be expected that most devices would have a hard time with dense structure between the sending/receiver units, so I wasn't disappointed. Just be advised you might have a location/installation that requires some adjustments and accommodation on your part. UPDATED 7/16/22: The literature that came with this unit claimed "15,000" uses on the supplied battery, though it didn't last that long. Somewhere around the one-year mark (I use it on my mailbox, so 6X per week or roughly 300 uses for the year) it stopped operating. Unfortunately the phamplet has zero information on the battery or how to replace it. No worries: pry the sending unit (transmitter) apart, and it takes a 23A battery (fairly cheap, and used for some garage door remotes and other doorbell units). Oddly enough I had one laying around so was able to replace it and the unit came back to life immediately. I used an Energizer battery as replacement (reasonably high quality battery), so will hope it lasts longer than one year. I'll try and remember to update this review when I have to again replace the transmitter battery.

Very easy skull lots of good tunes set up Long & short ones. Depends on how long you like to listen to the bell good quality. Just plugging something to two strips to your door and you're all set.

I absolutely love this door chime. I care for my elderly parent who has Alzheimer’s and advanced Dementia, and I needed a reliable way to stay aware when she opens any door without frightening her with a harsh/agressive alarm. This chime has been the perfect solution, and the functionality has been completely dependable from day one. Instead of using a traditional door alarm, I chose this chime because I can place the plug-in receiver in whatever room I’m working in and adjust the volume to a level that alerts me but doesn’t upset her. There are multiple tones to choose from, including gentler options that blend into the environment while still getting my attention immediately. The responsiveness has been excellent every time a door opens, the receiver chimes right away. Another huge benefit is that it doesn’t cause unnecessary noise every time I let my dogs out, which happens several times a day. With the ability to select the tone and volume, the household stays peaceful while I stay fully aware of every door event. Mounting the sensor is simple and flexible. The listing includes both peel-and-stick adhesive for quick installation and screws for anyone who wants a more permanent, secure mounting. I’ve used the adhesive on most doors and it has held well, but I appreciate having the screw option for areas with heavier use. Setup was extremely easy, and I appreciated that no pairing was required. It’s basically plug-and-play: decide the best placement for the sensors, mount the sensor, plug in the receiver, and select your tone and volume. It was ready to use in minutes. Functionality extends beyond caregiving, too. While my primary goal is monitoring my parent’s movements, this chime also adds an extra layer of safety and security. It gives me peace of mind knowing I will be alerted whenever a door is opened; whether during the day or, more importantly, at night when the household is asleep. Additionally, you could use this on windows, cupboards, refrigerator, etc. I can’t speak to longevity yet, but it uses a replaceable battery (AA or AAA), so I expect at least several months of use before needing a new battery. Even 3–6 months is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and reliability it has been providing. It works flawlessly on my front, back, and basement doors. Overall, the functionality, ease of use, and simple design make this one of the most helpful items I’ve purchased as a caregiver. Highly recommended for anyone who needs dependable door alerts without causing stress or noise AND who wants added home security as a bonus. I definitely will be getting more!

Easy to install, pleasant tones, very affordable

It worked great for 3 months and then eventually it just stopped working completely. So its not great for a business that has constant use.
