I bought this for my cousin for Christmas after she saw mine, and she said it’s a total life saver. The design is simple but really effective, and it’s sturdy enough to use every day. Highly recommend if you want a practical gift that actually makes a difference! It’s also very easy to clean!

The box was funky and it wasn't closed all the way. A foot was missing and the sticker on the front wasn't placed right. It does what it is supposed to. It works when you potty and hides away unlike a little stool. I have enjoyed it so far. A little bit of a learning curve compared to a little foot stool but yeah.

This thing is awesome!! I had bought one for my sister. She loved it. I decided to try it too! It has helped my umbilical hernia so much ! No more stored up excrement.

I had been himming ans hawwing over buying this for nearly a year. My son gave a generous gift card for Christmas so this finally made it out of my cart. My order came fairly quick since I am not a prime member and just placed a 25 dollar order so free ship. What I got though, was not what I ordered. What i recieved was clearly a used customer return. I immediately took dated and time stamped pics and tried to call the Squatty Potty help line via Amazon purchase page. Fast busy, so no go there. Decided to just email them direct. Included order number and pics of scuffs, missing feet, water marks and dirt on this newly purchased product. Let them know I was highly disappointed that it looked like I paid for a new item and clearly got a used customer return. They responded early the next morning to the message stream saying that they can't find my order in their system (my guess is Amazon filled it themselves with a return) could I send screen shot of my order. I did 1 better. I sent screen shots of my order, of the item stating purchased direct from the squatty potty store saying last purchased Dec 28 and the are in the order telling me for issues to contact them directly and how. They thanked me, told me that should not have happened and asked for my address so they could send me a brand new one stating it was covered under warranty, no need to return. Just got it and it is perfect, no scuffs, all the feet, clean and all tags still on it. This company will are right on your purchase if there is any issue so make sure you get what you paid for. Something like this should not be allowed to return unless it is returned complete and without use. That is crazy to me

Bought this as a gift for my best friend and he LOVES it! I don't think he likes to poop without it anymore. It tucks away neatly under the toilet when not in use, and it really makes a big difference when you go to the bathroom. Definitely worth the money! He no longer has to stand on the toilet seat and hover his butt over the toilet to squat when he poops, now. I'm glad because his aim wasn't very good when he did it that way. Since getting this, he hasn't missed one time!

Simple idea but it really works. Comfortable height, sturdy build, and makes a noticeable difference. Not glamorous, but totally worth it.

Missing 2 rubber stoppers on the feet, but otherwise appears to be the real deal. We prefer the 7 inch high to the 9 inch model. Hard to come by these days.

The product I received is missing the height extension and the rubber base that supports the legs. It’s also shorter than the version sold in the US which I had. Makes me think that this is not the real Squatty Potty. Very disappointing!
