Great exercise system! My husband was looking for a new set of bands to workout at home with and this set is perfect. He loves how all of the bands are each marked with what weight they are. He also likes how they look a bit different so he can separate them during his different exercises. I like how they are double banded so they won’t snap on me. Highly recommend! One tip is to make sure you give them a little time to fully adjust at first to the stretch out, when you first unbox them.

These looked much better than they actually are. They have insufficient elasticity to be of much use. They go from no tension to the end of elasticity with almost no range. If you are familiar with this type of band from the gym and are expecting that for your house, you will not be happy with this product.

I paid $25 for a competitor's single band with permanent handles. The idea of a removable handle that can be quickly attached to any of the bands makes this an incredibly great bargain. The quality is comparable to the single band with permanent handles and there is the bonus of the ankle straps.

Quality suprised me. I was not expecting the quality detail. The hooks are heavy duty. Ive enjiyed using this set. Ankle straps nice & heavy construction. I woukd highly recommend this set. I choose these because the straps are covered. That adds a extra measure of safety for me.

The outside nylon cord is great for protection if the rubber band snaps BUT it does NOT ALLOW for full ROM movement.Not really good:(

Not being exposed to the actual band is a great idea. I actually had my old set deteriorate in my luggage and ruin all my clothes. This keeps it clean and prevents the band from sticking to skin

These are great. I really like the handles makes them easier to use. The are strong. Now I can do my exercises.

Very durable material and easy connections to change out the different resistance bands. Comes in a nice carrying bag so everything stays together!
