Best rope for high flying flag

Just got my 20' of 5/8" polypropylene 3 strand. Can't say if it meets the breaking strength specification yet. It looks good. Plenty flexible for poly rope. The ends melt well, again for poly rope. More than this rope, I recommend the Golberg company. They have the most sizes & the most lengths I've found on Amzn. They deliver on time. (I've bought from them before.) Try them. You'll like them.

Used this rope to hang a rope swing. So far love it. Handles adult weight.

Using it for Golf Course out of bounds marking, arrived quickly, packaged well and on a spool which made it easy to work with. Works perfectly for what I wanted. If you cut it be sure to melt the ends with a lighter/flame to stop any unraveling.

Rope was strong but can not tie a knot. In my case I needed to be able to tie quick knots, for a camper top to prevent tree sap in storage. This rope I could not tie knots so I had to buy different material (2 100ft from Lowe’s and use slip knots, can tie knots easily to take off every few weeks for travel and summer.

This rope is crap. Definitely not for fishing. Acts like it’s made from recycled grocery bags. Very soft lay. Can unroll with your fingers very easily. Was supposed to be 3/8” , but more like 5/16” diameter. Ended up using it to string through the railing on my deck. . Suspect it won’t last that long in the sun though. Time will tell . Definitely not worth the $300. Also, received a bill from FedEx a week later for $99.23. Not impressed.
