The knife is improperly sharpened. The main part of the blade is very sharp but the tip, which is essential for proper poultry carving is relatively dull. It’s not so dull that a proper run on a whetstone didn’t fix, so for the price it’s worth it.

I had the knife set four 2 1/2 mo ths.The knife is durable. You get what you pay for. When I cut the ham, it slice it perfectly.

After much speculation about whether to buy a carving knife on the cheaper side, I caved in and bought one. I meticulously researched and checked out reviews, and they all lead me to Rada. I purchased a carving knife to use specifically for my London Broil. I like to slice it really thin as to make it more tender.I could not have asked for a better product. It cuts like butter!
