Read some of the other reviews before buying
I read a lot of the other reviews before buying these. I had bought another set of cheaper headlights for my 2003 F350 and they were just horrible. Fit and finish was terrible and the lighting was not very good either. I read what others wrote about the installation, and the review with installation pics was just utterly incredible and super helpful for the install. I also bought Sylvania Silverstar H1 bulbs to use in these headlights before I even started the install. Install took about 3 hours, but I had already taken the front end of my truck apart a couple times. I soldered the wires together for the parking lights and then used a weatherproof shrink wrap on it. My biggest, and maybe only, complaint about these headlights is that the instruction manual is very vague about how to adjust them. There is nothing on the actual headlights that show which screw is vertical/horizontal adjustment and which is left/right adjustment, so I had to guess. Also, adjusting the headlights while they are installed is pretty hard. Would have been great to have markings on the back of the headlight showing which screw did what, and how turning it one way would change the aim. Ah, another complaint I have is that one of the running light LEDs was not working, but that was because of a loose connection. I pulled the bulb out, adjusted the connection, and now it seems to be working fine. If I have any problems with these headlights in the next coupe of years, I will update this review.

You need four hours for this
Nice product. My truck is a 2003 F350. Here is how to do it: Remove your radiator guard (four screws on top, four clips at bottom).Remove the old turn signal/parking lenses, undo the turn signal bulb housings and the parking light bulb housings, remove the fiberglass faceplate/bracket (runs all the way across the nose, careful of your radiator, eight small bolts) this part holds the headlights. Undo the headlight bulb housings Locate the headlight lens retaining clips at the back and pry them out, you can try to save them or get a bag of new ones. Pull the headlight lenses. If your truck has the same nose as mine see my photos for what fiberglass to remove for the new lenses to fit. A dremel with a cutoff wheel goes through it like butter. Sand the cut edges round. Dry fit the new headlight lenses, the bottom screws that held the turn signal lenses are a tight fit. Note the passenger side turn signal bulb housing requires some material taken from the fiberglass to allow it to set in fully, the drivers side does not, see photos.Take the new lenses out of the faceplate: be careful, don’t drop them! reinstall the newly cut faceplate bracket on your truck. Run the headlamp and turn signal bulbs through faceplate. Cut the bulb housing from the parking light cables (one black, one brown), attach a three way quick-release splicer. Now install the new lenses again: first hold the lens at a 45 aupported on your bumper at the bottom of where it goes, click into the new lens the turn signal bulb housing, click in the headlight bulb housing and attach all black lines from the LEDs and the Halos to the black splicer. Now connect the white LED line and the two pink Halos lines to the splicer. Make every connection waterproof with shrink tubing. Zip tie all excess wiring and slowly rock the lens up and into place as you route the wiring back and inside safely. Set two testing clips at the top two lens attachment points, set two screws at the bottom where the turn signal lens was (it’s all one piece now).Test, enjoy!Owen

Look nice, but function is mediocre at best
I'll preface this by saying I should have done more research; These housings can't really be upgraded to LEDs, which is what I actually wanted.Install is.. Not the easiest. There are several good videos on youtube that can walk you through it, but you WILL have to do some actual wiring (Not plug and play). On top of that, you'll have to cut part of the interior headlight shroud to make these fit; it wasn't hard with a dremel, but it wasn't fun either. The lights themselves aren't very bright, not even compared to other halogen bulbs. They do look nice though. My biggest issue though, is that they get condensation in them IMMEDIATELY because they're sealed so poorly. I should have just resealed them before I installed them, but I thought surely the manufacturer would have done it decently to start with.I thought wrong.Overall, between the installation reqs, the halogen bulbs, and the condensation, I wouldn't order these again.

Easier than advertised
The only problems I had were with the factory retaining clip. Many reviewers mentioned that you need to trim behind the lights to get them to fit. This step may have been the easiest part of the install.Other people talked about the wiring being too vague. There honestly wasn’t any part that was complicated or poorly explained. I used 22ga butt connectors and heat shrink. The Look and fit were both good, and if I had bought extra Ford clips before I started, I would’ve been done in about an hour. What I would’ve done differently:Bought clips and not tried to save the old ones.I would’ve bought new parking bulbs first. after I put everything together the old flaky bulbs were completely visible and looked like trash.I would’ve bought a round 6” Phillips tip for my drill. The hex one scratched the bumper trying to remove the lower screwsA 90° awl also would’ve helped but not worth buying one. There’s not a lot of adjustment available, if I need to adjust the beam lower, I can but I won’t be able to drastically adjust them. everything was pretty close with the settings out of the box, so I don’t plan to adjust them unless people flash their highbeams at me.Super happy with my Christmas gift

Look great but aren't as "Plug and Play" as I would've hoped
They look great on my truck but I had to cut out part of the old fiberglass header panel where the stock adjuster was mounted and another little corner so the headlight would fit flush
