PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT COWSLIP - UK NATIVE - 0.5 GRAM ~ 500 SEEDS

Don't see so many cowslips these days -They were plentiful in my youth which persuaded me to plant them as part of a wild flower section in my new garden.After 39 years in one home we moved in our retirement to relocate to be close to granddaughter.Starting from scratch with new garden was a little daunting. So many plants, trees, shrubs and flowers to buy - Hey Price is a real factor !!Determined to embark on ambitious seed planting programme as a route to secure large quantities of plants for a small financial outlay.These seeds arrived on time and germinated well - Will be planting out in April and hoping for a reasonable first year show very soon now -So far so good - Don't you just love gardening!!

I've sown them in three different locations. It's been a month now, nothing came out at all. Very disappointed.On a different note, the packaging was a little bit weird too. Not the usual Premier Seeds branding on it, just some seeds in a plastic sachet with 'cowslip' name handwritten on it. Claims to be 630 seeds in the pack but there were a lot less. I would have been happy if any of them germinated tough. Not recommended!

Sorry to have to rate these a one, but I am a seasoned gardener and they never grew!

Far cheaper than garden centres and the quality is exactly the same. Will be buying again from this supplier without hesitation.

seeds arrived on time and seem of good quality. i will not know about germination until next year
