Q: Will these work with an auto harp?

Do not see why they would not work. Going to college in Appalachia saw these and flat picks used.

Q: How do I know if I would use a medium or a Large?

Not 100% sure, but I found the mediums to be a bit small. I wear a large size glove. Medium gloves are too small for me. I’m thinking it may go as Glove sizes go.

Q: Is this a right handed or left because i need a left handed banjo

The thumb pick appears to be right handed as it has a slight taper. However I would imagine it would still work on a left thumb... everything else is definitely ambidextrous.

Q: Would they work on a dulcimer?

should work fine for plucking toward you. The points will catch when pushed away over strings, but that's just the nature of finger picks. Takes some getting used to, but the brighter sound is worth the effort.
