Pros:This light is super bright, heavy duty, and available at a great price.It can be used as a work light, in a garage, and for installing laminate flooring.This light is very bright, yet won't immediately blind you if you look at it directly. I've tried multiple lights with high lumens, but they all caused my eyes to go white for a few minutes. This light, on the other hand, doesn't have that effect, making it a great choice for those who need bright lighting without the harmful side effects.Cons:It would have been great if this light had a power switch. Additionally, it should not be placed on the floor as the bottom can get very hot due to the heat.

This is a very bright light, we use it for camping. The only thing I don't like is the threads to fasten it to a tripod (by removing the hanging hook) are right next to where the cord is attached and it makes it very inconvenient to thread the light onto a tripod.

Bright and well constructed, but weirdly it has no on/off switch. Plug it in - it turns on and remains on till you unplug it.

Must say i was skeptical of this little light being the first of this style i have purchased. Very happy with the quality and performance so far. I neded a light for a demanding construction environment, deep inside a solid concrete DAM where the air is dam 70% to 85% RH. our crews are abrasive blasting in tight spaces, they blast in the dark but need good lighting for inspections. they hung the light using a magnet hook to the ceiling and powered it on, amazing output, good clean white light. they shut it off during blasting as it causes glaring, they do not remove it though so it just hangs out getting covered in blasting debris and dust. When it came time for another inspection, plunged the light back in and it worked fine (did have to blow the dust off it). so far it has endured industrial blasting in harsh environment. O and they report they have dropped it a few times from 6 feet into sand piles by mistake. I would recommend and will be purchasing more.Update. Had 2 rows of the lights stop working a couple weeks ago, the remainder are still working. I am in the process of working with the seller for an exchange, will update the outcome of customer service on this item.Update, The seller handled the issue promptly and professionally. Replacement unit was shipped to me to resolve the issue. Thank you Dephen.

Provides plenty of good bright light for my 2 1/2 car garage. It appears to be structurally well built. Feels very solid.One must plug and unplug to turn on or off. That is inconvenient. Especially if the light is hanging from a garage ceiling.Also, to hang the light one must thread the provided hanger into the top of the lamp. I had six friends try to screw the hanger into the lamp. Could not be done. Finally, I decided to force the matter and cross thread the hanger into the light. It worked. Hope I never have to remove it.Add an inline on/off switch and a well threaded hanger and it is a five star product. It is always the small stuff.Yes, I recommend.

I bought this light when I was building my house. I was torn between the 100w and the 60w and ultimately decided to go with the 60w to save some money. I was not disappointed with the 60w, I set it up in the vaulted ceiling in the living room, at 16ft off the ground it easily lights up 750 sq ft. If you have an area bigger than 30x30 you might be better off with the 100w light. I have used this light for many hours and continue to use it almost daily with no issues, much better and brighter than any halogen job site light I have ever used in the past. I plan to buy at least one more of these lights for future projects.

This works very well for our paint shop. I do wish there was a battery option to be able to hang inside the paint booth., but in the dreary PNW, this added light helps with matching paint colors perfectly inside the shop.Thank you!!!!

So I ordered this work light at the cost of $70 as a shop light. I was excited to receive it today and headed out to the shop to install it. First off, I noticed that it does not have a power switch. So you would have to plug it into a switched socket, or yank the cord out when you want to turn it off. Also, the light is blindingly white. If you glance in its direction it will blind you for a few seconds with its bright white, undiffused, light. The color of the light is not worm, but very unpleasant white. The quality looks good and sturdy. But the cost, lack of switch and bright white light caused me to return it Amazon. I'll keep searching for a shop light.

I did kicked it around on the floor while working and it was holding up really good until one by one strip of led stopped working. In the end it stopped working completely. Probably some wires inside disconnected, but I didn't check. Good for light work and keep it in place, but not heavy duty.

This device is built really well, and very bright, but there's no on/off power switch. So whenever you need to use it, you have to plug in the cord and unplug when finished. Even a switch on the power cable itself would have been preferable.I've noticed that the cost has increased significantly on this light for some reason, making them not worth the price anymore (they're very simple LED devices with many budget-friendly options available).
