So I believe Blumaan has some decent products. I originally fell in love with Original by Blumaan back when it first came out and thought it was a great pre-styler. Fast forward to a few years later, I still like the Blumaan brand. I started using Fifth Sample as my main prestyler to combat dryness from using another prestyler, and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. My hair is no longer so dry that it hurts! I really like how this gives a slight shine but then once I apply Cavalier Clay immediately after prestyling, the shine is pretty much nonexistent. I find that the combo of Fifth Sample + Cavalier really helps keep my hair controlled all day with a good amount of texture. To be honest, I do not think my hair has ever looked this good consistently! Both are AWESOME products!

It's one of the best (if not the best) pomades I've used. Great hold, works into the hair well, and has a low to natural shine. The model in the promotional pictures hair is misleading, it doesn't look greasy in your hair at all. It also makes my hair feel healthy and full (I have fine hair). The only downside to this product is the smell. It has a strong toothpaste smell to it, and that's a weird scent for your hair. If they changed the scent to maybe something musky, or even oderless it would be 5 stars easy.

So for me as woman having a very short textured haircut, the best styling products are the men’s promenades - and for me, BluMaan Fifth Sample Styling Mask has the best properties of all the ones I have tried. I LOVE this goofy blue-green minty stuff! You see, otherwise we gals are limited to texturizing sprays or texturing fibers like “ITs A 10” which is so sticky and gooey compared to the BluMaan it makes me cringe! I just love Blu because a little goes a long way! I use a small glob, spreading and warming it up between my palms, and quickly and gently dragging my hands through my hair so that it first stands straight up. Then I can lay it down and smooth out my sides and get that perfect look which holds!! (No duck tail) Hey - the minty scent is refreshing !!

Pretty disappointed in how the product was shipped. It came in a “box” that had box ends folded in very loosely. No tape was covering either ends and when I picked it up the product actually fell out of the “box” onto my porch. I have no idea how it actually managed to stay in the box the whole way to my house. I’m not sure if that’s Amazon or Blumaan. The product seems great so far as this is my first day using it. It has a great hold and is more on the natural look side rather than super shiny and wet look. The scent is very minimal. Almost smells like a peppermint.

Great hold & hair does feel softer after washing it off compared to other brands I’ve used. I have very thick hair and I’ve always needed something with a very strong hold I’ve previously used Got2b glued for years but decided to switch to pomades. I was a bit skeptical about the hold at first but man it’s great! It’s also a water based pomade so if for some reason your hair gets messed up from changing your shirt or a windy day just wet your hands run it through the hair and bam back to looking fresh! Overall good product only thing is that it smells really minty the smell lingers for a little but then it goes away it’s not a bad smell at all just takes a little getting used too.

The media could not be loaded.  I finally finished up my tub of cheaper pomade (which worked quite nicely) but decided to buy Joe's 5th sample. First time i used it, it came out great. The smell is minty fresh, it's easy to apply, and feels amazing whilst in my hair. The hold is superior to many pomades in the market it's low shine and works amazingly. Adds some decent volume aswell. You don't need too much product but always feel free to experiment with more or less. Higher price but great product.-long time subscriber of blumaan,Brian

My hair is extremely curly and thick, this is the ONLY product that has ever worked for me (without leaving a greasy or wet feeling). This product is strong enough to fight curls even with just a small scoop. It smells good, its good for your hair, and it stops you from wanting to just buzz the mess off your head.Seriously, i'm writing this strictly out of appreciation. PLEASE try this product.ALSO! don't forget to try applying it when wet then combing, or try applying it to blow dried hair and styling with your hands. Never tried a pomade before and this one was the first one. It's so easy to spread on towel dried hair, works excellent as a prestyler. Hold is between medium to high hold depending on how much you apply to your hair. Start with a small amount for better results.

The hair happens to be bit greasy. Other that is good

I style my hair with this product on some days, and it works great for holding a contoured comb-over and a pompadour. I do like that it washes out very easily and it doesn’t leave my hair ‘crunchy’ or hard like water-based products do.I don’t particularly care for the scent though, it reminds me of minty toothpaste.

Hold isn't bad the volume lasts for around 7-8 hours in my hair with no Pre or post product in it my hair is really thick as well gives pretty good volume as well, only thing I don't like is the smell, it smells like dry toothpaste. Its a lot of money but you don't have to use a lot of product to get what you want so worth the money

One of the most versatile products out the great as a pre and post styler also great for tamping flyaway hairs and is perfect for building big volume or a classic slicked back washes out with just water leaving hair feeling conditioned only drawbacks are a slight tug and pull when applying to dry hair and not the biggest fan of the mint scent although you cannot smell it once in the hair

Great hold and smell , I do wish it was a tiny bit cheaper but I understand that it's based in America and the VAT increases the price, but I've had the jar for a while now and I'm no where near finished with it
