Glengettie Tea Bags 80 per pack - Pack of 2

Glengettie should be everyone's choice for their morning tea. And also for any other time of the day. This Welsh tea has the substance for those liking strong tea, but is never too strong or bitter. Really delicious! Quite economical too.

I didn’t know Wales had its own tea until I found it on Amazon. Can’t brew it in Welch water of course but it didn’t disappoint me me one bit. It has a strong rich flavor and is a great morning wake-up tea instead of coffee. At its current cost on Amazon it is also a very good value. A nice bold black tea in the English tradition. If this sounds good to you, give it a try and it just may become your favorite.

This is a very strong yet never bitter tea. Been drinking it for years and intend to keep drinking it.

I was first introduced to this product by a clerk in a small store on the Oregon coast. She didn't carry the tea I usually purchase and I definitely needed some tea (a real tea-aholic here). I decided to try it. Am I glad I did! This is a lovely tea with a full-body taste. I use it for iced tea mostly, but it is also good for hot tea. The packaging: two foil packages of 40 round, single bags. The bags are not individually sealed in foil. It does not affect the taste or freshness from what I can tell. Try it if you like a strong black tea - I think you will like it.

Love this tea!

Glengettie is a Welsh tea with a round, smooth, robust flavor. It is a blend of Indian and Kenyan teas and has a deep, red-amber color which is part of its charm. Each tea bag is well-filled, so two of them can make a 4-cup pot. I had loved Irish breakfast tea for years when I discovered Welsh tea, which I now prefer. Glengettie is lovely straight up or with milk and sugar. I am never without a box of my favorite brew.

It’s very good tea, but I had to put lemon in it

I first discovered Glengettie Tea when I went back to Maine for a visit at Freeport at the British Goods Store. Since I'm Welsh, I just had to try this tea.... I was not disappointed at all with the flavor. After about running out of tea bags, I thought I would see if Amazon sold this product, and to my surprise they do!!! I love the taste of Glengettie Tea, and will make it my number one hot drink of the day..
