I ordered two of these lights for a lighted fountain that I bought a mere five months ago. It was a three-level fountain that had lights in the lower two basins. The light in the lowest basin went out about one month ago. The pump and light for the fountain are one, so there was no way to separate the lights (to come on at night only) from the pump (which can stay on all day and night). I purchased two of these lights to sit in the two lower basins; low enough so that they are not noticeable from a sitting position. They are great because I can control the lighting effects, colors and more importantly the time I can have them on. They are very bright and beautiful in my garden. Great value. An addendum: These lights should not stay in water for an extended time (more than 4 hours) and they should be removed when not in use (the batteries and their terminals corroded). They stopped working about one week after use. I purchased a less expensive set and took the precaution of removing them from the water when I wasn't going to be outdoors. The new set had the same problem. They also corroded due to water seeping into the compartment. Because the cheaper set had four lights, I had two in reserve. That's when I found that the compartment should be opened up, the batteries removed and the whole thing allowed to air-dry. The reserve set works great. The only reason I gave this product 5 stars is because they were so beautiful when they worked. I will have to order another set to replace the two I previously bought now that I know how to care for them.

Don’t submerge- it wont work anymore. I’ve used twice and second time it stopped working. And out of return window so I threw money away. Don’t waste yours. Update: the company reached out to me and offered a replacement with an improved product. I haven't had a chance to test this one out sufficiently yet but seems to work at first usage. Def worth a few more stars for the exceptional customer service.

The Battery for the remote was bad. Yes I tested it. AND IT WAS DEAD. HAD TO BUY A NEW BATTERY I have to add that is was very well packaged

The concept here is great. The light seems well made with a sturdy rubber gasket. It looks great in my backyard pond and I love how well the remotes work. Unfortunately, after a few weeks the seal leaked and the light is ruined. The insides are completely corroded and rusted out. I purchased a second light, hoping I received a dud, but unfortunately the exact same thing happened; worked great at first but leaked within 2-3 weeks and no longer works. Unless you only need a light that works for a couple weeks, look elsewhere. Great concept but poor execution.

These lights are very cool. They are bright enough to a small area or be seen from a distance. A plus that the remote is RF so it doesn't need to be pointed at the lights. I dropped it in the pool and it worked great. Can't light the whole pool up but does light a small area up. Magnet is very strong so it could be mounted to pretty much any metal. It also comes with some suction cups to mount which works OK but will probably fall off over time. Great light to have fun, decorate or light up something.

Three of the four lights leaked after one use (and yes, I did tighten it down securely) - and they were only in the pool for a couple hours, not overnight. Plus, the remote only works from a few inches away! I set the lights at the bottom of my pool spa - in 2-3 feet of water, but the remote could not change the setting! Had to retrieve lights from the bottom, change setting, and place back at the bottom of the spa. Cheap cheap cheap. Buyer be warned! UPDATE 03/13/20: Seller sent new and improved light. They only sent one light, as I recall, original order came with four. Have not had a chance to test light yet as it's too cold to use the pool, but thought I would give them an A for effort and raise the rating to three stars until I get a chance to test. UPDATE: 09/01/20 - total POS. Same thing happened to the replacement light. Leaked and destroyed the three batteries. Thank goodness they weren't crazy expensive rechargeable. Save your $$$. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! TOTALLY SUCKS.

This light was perfect, it never leaked and it lasted for awhile, we have since switched to recharged batteries and will be adding more to go along with this one. Overall the light is very bright and the different patterns make it so fun. The only bad thing was the suction didnt work the best and did not want to stay attached to the light, but we totally loved it

This product is really great I don’t have a pool yet but I thought it would be a fun thing for my daughters to make the shower Fun. The remote is simple to use. You can adjust the light brightness. The light comes with suctions if you need to suction it to the pool or shower wall. I really am enjoying the light!

Bad not that waterproof and yes I did put it right don’t recommend
