I got these for my 2 year olds bedroom to help eleminate light. I expected them to be thin and not block out light or to have the "blackout backing". I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and were thick and double sided fabric. They do a great job blocking light and keeping the room cool.

The new room darkening technology is sewn into the fabric appearing as one layer. Therefore, the ‘white’ isn’t ‘pure’ and takes a little time getting used to. These are as described - darkening not black out; and they feel as though they would be energy saving. I like them, and would purchase again. These curtains are a great value!

Wow. Surprised by the quality if these curtains. Dark blue are thick and well made. Ironed them out and they hung beautifully! Fully satisfied! I'll be ordering another set. Thank you!

Good price. not the best Sun Zero has to offer. Feel of this is not great. I have other Sun Zero curtains for not much more money and they are WAY better. These do the job but are not nearly as thick and feel cheaper then the others. The other ones i think are Oslo theater grade (?) I think? Either way, they're here and I'm gonna use them but kinda wish I went with the other ones.Buy theater grade ones if you can, otherwise these will work.

We have a thick rod valence and needed loop top curtains for our patio sliding door. These are hard to find and we were so delighted with these curtains we found on Amazon. The material is thick and lovely and we didn't need the usual white backing material which previously had gotten soiled and damage from folks going in and out the door all day long. These curtains are just what we were looking for and we love the dark green color. Lighter colors may not block the sun as effectively.

Light still comes through curtains not 100% blackout. It does look great in nursery and great for price.

I’ll start off by saying something nice. The fabric is beautiful, incredibly soft, and has a wonderful colour. The super light shade of pink is exactly what I was hoping for. HOWEVER... that’s the only positive thing I can say about them. They are absolutely NOT blackout. I know that a darker colour would likely provide better ability to black out the light, but these are ‘room darkening’ at best. We use a blackout shade behind them and it still lets in a fair amount of light. Also, the tabs to hang them are just kind of off. They looked horrible, just hung funny. I actually ended up hanging them upside down and cut the tabs off. I ordered two, because unlike many other people I’m aware that curtain panels are generally sold individually, yet they only shipped one. Eventually my second panel came, and was very clearly a return from another person. The bag had been taped, the curtain was poorly folded, and the panel had flaws. The sewing construction of these is sub par. They also took over a month to arrive (given the Covid-19situation, I understand) but had they had not taken so long to arrive, I’d be returning them. We needed these for my daughter’s nursery, and they’re not what I had expected, but at this point I’m desperate to not have a sheet hanging over her window.So, if you’re in the market for poorly sewn beautiful fabric not at all room darkening curtains, then these are for you!

We needed new curtains as the kittens used the old ones as a jungle gym. Although the cats have mellowed I did not want to spend a lot in case they got ideas in their heads about climbing them again. These curtains are really nice material and seem to block the light fairly well. I took off one star as one of the panels I ordered had a crease in it where it is folded that you could see through in my well lit front room window. I purchased 5 panels and I hate to have to return things, so I just used that panel in a side window that gets little to no light through it and that portion is not noticeable at all. What you need to know is the panels are narrow at only 40" and I debated on whether or not to add 2 more panels to my large front window. They look great during the day when they are tied back. but when shut they just cover the window. For the price, I decided to order 2 more panels to add to the front window so when closed they will be a bit more billowy. I look forward to their arrival, hopefully they are as lovely as 4 of the 5 I have already purchased.

Living in a court we have Lot of light pollution at night. We’re been using black out curtains that were ok. My wife decided to try these, and they are a huge upgrade. They have turned our room completely black and keep the light out during the day too. But your do need to iron out the gold wrinkles.

+ Arrived four days early!- There is NO "thermal lining" as in description! Simply polyester. Expected to actually see a lining! C'est la vie 🙄
