My Favorite Brand of Parchment Paper
This is my favorite parchment paper. Everything about it is highest quality, which I appreciate. It's unbleached, which is mandatory. You get so much more in this roll than other brands plus the sturdiness of the parchment paper is perfect for my baking and cooking needs. I wish it were sold in stores but until I find it locally, I'll be buying it off Amazon.

Great Qaulity
This paper is great quality and I love that is not not pre-cut sheets like a lot of parchment paper is in the stores. This is the first time that I have used a unbleached sheet but I dont see a lot of differences. I would buy it again in the future.

Quick and easy shelf liner
One should not agonize over little things in life like shelf paper. But with all the options, I had to go with easy and inexpensive. Buying a new house "as is" tapped out our expenses, and the existing kitchen shelves had rough surfaces. So I opted to go with Mrs. Anderson's Parchment Paper, which worked out perfectly. It's a simple product, seems strong, and cuts easily. Dishes slide across it with ease. It worked for my use and two rolls covered my kitchen with plenty to spare for baking, wrapping, and crafts later.

Good quality but too expensive.
Exactly what I was looking for.Pros:Just as described.Cons:Too expensive.About 2 weeks after purchasing this paper, I found it at Fresh & Easy for a third of the listed price ($3.25).

Just what I needed
Pretty much exactly what you would expect for parchment paper!! But I chose this product over others because it has a cutter on the box (you know, like plastic wrap or aluminum foil do).....some parchments don't, and I don't need the aggravation and time-wasting of digging around for scissors while baking. Of course it curls a little after cut (hello, it has been wrapped around a cylinder for who knows how long!), but if you place it curl-side down on your baking sheet, it lays flat and is NOT a problem at all!!

great product for the freezer
We buy a lot of meat bulk and then wrap it in this product for freezing. We were especially attracted to this paper because it as no silicone on it which means no silicone in our food, in our bodies or in the composter.

and I absolutely love it. It's easy to work with and absolutely ...
I've used this parchment paper for just about everything, and I absolutely love it. It's easy to work with and absolutely non stick! Baked goods brown nicely in it as well, which is something that didn't always happen with the more common bleached papers. What I use it for the most is roasting vegetables and meat (I HATE scrubbing pans after that!) and making grain free pizza crust. I'm most impressed with the pizza crust, because it starts as more of a batter than a dough. I cut a circle of parchment to line a glass pie plate, more than just to cover the bottom, and then run my finger around the edges to fit it a little better in the bowl shape. I pour in the batter, add the toppings, and bake! I get a lovely, browned pizza with a chewy crust that slides right out! And then I reuse the same paper to bake the next one, with no troubles at all.Highly recommended. :)

Makes baking a clean breeze...
Great price for this item with multiple uses. The unbleached paper is wonderful to bake or cook with, and can even be used for art projects.Easy to line cake tins- simply trace the shape of the pan onto the paper, cut out and lay inside the pan. Cakes slide out easily in one piece! When baking large batches of cookies I go through a lot of parchment paper. You can even save a step by cutting out your cookie dough right on the paper, then slide the paper easily onto the cookie sheet. After baking, slide the paper right off. No mess. The cookies also slide off the parchment smooth as silk.Clean up is a breeze- no fussing with buttering/ cleaning the cookie sheets.True aset for any kitchen.

Parchment paper that doesn't burn easily.
This is great parchment paper. I really prefer to use it over tin foil. It doesn't seem to burn easily around the edges, which I find a lot of parchment papers do.The only complaint I have is that the extra wide width of it means that it's often too wide to fit well on my trays. But if you're always using a pretty large cookie sheet, then the size would be fine for you.

Just like "if you care" brand
This appears to be exactly the same product as the "if you care..." brand parchment paper, for a much better price! Bonus is that there is a metal cutter on the box, as there isn't one for the "if you care.." brand. Mrs Anderson's baking unbleached parchment is chlorine free, recyclable and compostable. For those who do not know, bleached parchment paper, when heated, can or may leach dioxins, which is why I shy away from the traditional white parchment. In addition, most are coated with Quilon (which is dubious), as opposed to silicone, or an natural vegetable wax.
