FHI Brands EPS 2100 Black Diamond Ceramic Professional Hair Dryer

Amazing dryer! I am a hairdresser, in my business keeping on time is important. With this dryer I can dry even the most diffcult hair in half the time without damaging my clients hair. Because I have the ability to adjust the heat and the air flow to my clients individual hair needs.

This hair dryer was great...while it worked. However, after using the product roughly 3-4 days per week for about 5 months, it no longer produces hot air. I suppose that it shouldn't surprise me that in this day and age, some components fail long before they should. I get that. But what makes this situation even worse is that the manufacturer's policy is to have me return the dryer to them at my cost. I pay for the shipping and I pay an additional $35 for a replacement hair dryer. To me, that seems out of line after paying $200 for a "Professional" hair dryer that lasted 5 months in a home environment.

I have used FHI Heat hairdryers for several years now. This model has updated electronic heat control settings that I find very difficult to use. Even the simple task of turning it on/off is difficult. I kept it only because the one I had previously is no longer available. I have very thick hair that takes a long time to dry. That is why I don't mind paying extra money for a professional hair dryer. The FHI hairdryers only last me about a year.

I like it , gets extremely hot leaves the hair nice and smooth, the only thing I would say about it is that the buttons are hard to press and gets stuck ! But other than that it's a good blow dryer.

I love this model better than the one that had the plastic buttons - those finally stopped working. Good heat, air pressure, and dries my hair in good time.

Had a problem with first purchase, however manufacturer replaced it with no problems. The replace product works great!

It was awesome for the first two months of use. Then, it suddenly stopped getting hot. I went back to my beat up old champ, the FHI Heat Nano Salon Pro 2000, and will be purchasing another soon, just because I don't want to risk this old one finally giving out on me during a client visit. I love you FHI, but this tool was a swing and a miss.

I have had two of these now. Expensive, but does a really nice job. Update to review: Now the second one has quit working. Both lasted just past 2 years, so neither was covered under warranty.

This product is absolutely amazing! I've been using FHI since hairdressing school. I've tried other brands before but it just doesn't compare to the power of FHI. If you are a hairstylist it's great because it's really light and it reduces drying time. A really cool feature that this model has is it's digital display that shows the temperature and speed. Just amazing all around!
