Right up there with the best tape. Best value overall.
While the tape isnโt on par to the expectations I have from being a Monkey Tape customer, it isnโt far behind, in terms of adhesiveness and use. I train BJJ in the gi, 7 times a week. I tape 3 fingers on each hand. I go through a lot of tape. For a while I exclusively used the Monkey Tape brand. I have tried other brands and the results were always the same. They were along the lines of slipping off my fingers or unraveling with use. Then a training partner of mine recommended Kuzushi Labs. While it isnโt as tacky and sticky as Monkey Tape, Iโve never had an issue with my tape losing its adhesiveness to my fingers or unraveling by the end of class. Then for about the same price for a 4 pack of Monkey Tape, you get 8 rolls with Kuzushi Labs. Kuzushi Labs will get my money going forward.

Save your fingers!
Well to begin with I rarely write reviews for products but since this tape has literally kept my fingers and joints from hurting after intense training sessions, especially after open mat on the weekends, I felt a moral obligation to leave a review for my fellow brothers and sisters in Jiu Jitsu across the country and the world. I'm currently a 34 year old purple belt with 7 years experience on the mat and I've never used any form of athletic tape up until a few weeks ago. And the only reason why I considered utilizing any form of tape is because a few months back I noticed that my middle and index fingers on my left hand were beginning to hurt. I paid no mind to it thinking it would go away but instead it just lingered around. One of my favorite methods of control and attack is establishing a deep collar grip; with that said one night after class I felt like all 10 of my fingers were on fire. You can only imagine how I felt. That same night I went on Amazon and searched around for a bit and came across this product. I was hesitant at first but I figured what did I have to lose? When it came in the mail I was very impressed at how the container looked in person. And now for the good part. After trying this tape out for the first time I was truly amazed how much it stayed intact without peeling during a training session of about 2 hours. And my fingers did not hurt! It has not failed me one time since then and my only regret is not using this a lot sooner. When you take it off it leaves a slight residue but comes off easily with warm water and soap. This is a must buy for anyone looking to keep their fingers and joints from wearing down during training.

Great tape, will definitely be my go to from now on!
I have been using this tape for several days and absolutely love it. It is absolutely the perfect level of stickiness for what I need. It adheres very well and stays in place but it does not hurt when I take it off. The narrow width is also very nice as it allows a lot more control for certain areas than thicker athletic tapes.

My Favorite BJJ Finger Tape
I have tried lots of brands, and certain performance aspects of this tape makes it my favorite finger/toe tape. Pros: - It doesn't bond too harshly to the skin, which I prefer, as it makes taking off a painless event. - However, it bonds VERY well to itself. I make sure to make a couple of passes over itself to ensure it stays. - Comes with a container. This is a nice convenience. Cons: - It can be difficult to take off, so I make sure to always leave the end of the taping on the skin only, so I have something to pull when class is over. I usually leave this "tag" in between my fingers. - It can be difficult to tear, or cut with scissors. I usually use scissors, as it is less frustrating. Tearing is frustrating due to the thin width, as the adhesive side will fold on itself and make it nearly impossible to set it flat again.

Great for Brazilian Jui Jitsu
As far as value I have enough tape to last for a while for training and competition. Adhesion was perfect through two hours of training. I canโt say enough how much I like this tape and itโs non logo plain look.

Stays on, even through two hours of heavy use
I was looking for Monkey Tape because my BJJ teammates use it, but this tape works just as well. Easy to put on, will not come off, even after two hours of rolling. In fact, I have to leave a tiny tab at the end, to make removal easier, otherwise I have to cut it off.

OK tape
Bought for bjj after having tried several other brands. It's fine. Definitely better than some others, but it's not my favorite by any means. Stays on very well, even when sweaty. I feel like this tape has a little bit too much give to it, which is not my preference. This tape definitely leaves a sticky residue behind, and it can be a little tough or uncomfortable to remove. On the whole, it's a decent, reasonably-priced tape. I'll use the rest of it, but will not likely purchase again. If I could have given 3.5 stars, that probably would have been more appropriate.

They do stick well!
I have bought a few BJJ tapes from Amazon and they work more or less well for my very, very sweaty hands. This one just doesn't come out. I like it a lot. I use this tape mostly for bad fingers as the tape is very tough. The other tapes are for good fingers that won't al least hurt if the tape is gone (rolling). One CON is the glue sticked to my the fingers when taking the tape off. Have to use products to remove it fast, or leave it and have sticky hands the whole day :) Another one is the price :( I'll buy them again for sure.

Sticks well but a little thin
Tape is great, sticks well but doesn't leave sticky residue on fingers. Only downside is its not as wide as a thought. It's slightly less than 1/3 of an inch in thickness. In hindsight even 1/3 inch would be on the thin side. Its perfect besides that.

good
Bought this for Bouldering and outdoor climbing. The stick is good, but the cotton material makes it slippery on holds, even when chalked up. Looks and feels nice, but will not recommend for climbers.
