Great book for helping people with the mindset of a child
Love this book it’s a great thing to have on hand when you have people you know who suffer from anxiety and are have other problems in their life. I have purchased so many of these to hand out to people who are struggling and need this book. This is a fun book with a humorous twist yet good life advice. Great for a teen or any Star Wars fan.

Book for older fans, not teens
This and it's funny star wars metaphors are for people old enough to have been in job interviews, dealt with traffic and boss blowing your phone up, and choosing being career minded or focusing on some self-care. It is cute, but not for anyone below 18. I'd honestly only suggest it for age 25+.

Mostly incorporates Yoda quotes
I'm a psychotherapist who incorporates Yoda in my work with clients often. This was a great addition to my collection as well as The Tao of Yoda. This book as a fair number of photos and quotes from the movies and then short explanations about how they connect to mindfulness. Great little book!

Very clever premise of extrapolating situations and dialogue from the Star Wars movies and creating handy life-lessons. I found this book to be entertaining and I will try to apply its recommendations to my daily life. Recommended.

Quote obsessed dad who loves star wars
My dad loves inspirational quotes and all the cheese that comes along with them. Combined with his favourite movie franchise and boom, best christmas gift ever. Books are great, had to laugh at some of the quotes. They have so many, and basically take some out of context, or even extend them a bit. Like Palpatine says something like don't disappoint me, and the book then goes STRIVE FOR ACHIEVEMENT lol.
