Perfect Replacement!
Worked fine ... right out of the box. My old thermostat required replacement and this one did the job!

Check the furnace unit before replacing the thermostat!
Before replacing your thermostat check the furnace!We tried to replace our broken thermostat with two other fancy thermostats and none worked. Finally an HVAC guy had to come out and told us that our particular furnace only worked with this kind of thermostat.It doesn’t have the fancy bells and whistles some others do (no Bluetooth options) but it make the heat and A/C work! You can program it, and I do like it’s touch screen and easy-to-understand programming!

This thermostat works as should be without any alert message of low coin battery from previous seller exact same model of thermostat.

Used product sold as new
I have used these stats for years and they have worked great. This particular one showed up rattling around in the box as it wasn't repackaged properly. It also had someone's nasty finger prints all over the display. If you are going to sell a used product, sell it as used. Not a trustworthy vendor.

It works! But I had to figure out a few things
Great unit! Works as described. But Honeywell used to make a thermostat that I could remotely control the humidistat but I believe that unit is discontinued and this one took its place. You absolutely can view the humidity in your home but you can’t set it to the desired humidity level.The other thing is that in order for this to work on my phone, I needed to purchase a Redlink gateway.The other unit didn’t need a gateway.Overall, it does do what is described. I can remotely view the outside temperature, I can remotely change the indoor temperature and I can view the humidity level in my home.I had this professionally installed.It serves my needs.Thank you!
