I noticed an increase of energy (especially in the mornings) that stayed pretty consistent throughout the day. Once COVID-19 hit, I started working from home and I stopped taking them for about 3 months. I noticed I was sluggish, not as focused throughout the day, and not feeling as well rested in the mornings, even though I didn’t have to wake up as early. Once I realized the difference, I immediately start taking them again and within a couple days I could feel my energy levels improve and it wasn’t such a struggle to get going in the mornings or stay focused throughout the day. Sometimes you don’t realize how effective something is until you are without it for a while. This is a high quality product! I have used other brands before but this has been the most effective. The energy is sustained throughout the day probably because of the release formula.
