I bought this for Christmas for my 7 year old granddaughter. She absolutely LOVED it! She entertained family and friends over the holidays with non-stop magic shows and grasped most of the tricks quickly, though needed a bit if coaching on presentation! A lovely gift.

Does it come with a wand?

There is a wand that is part of a trick and has a scarf attached to it. But it's a lovely set and additional wands are very inexpensive x

Very good Magic Box

Our granddaughter took to the magic tricks very well even though it advertised for 8+ year old within 1 hr she had mastered 3 tricks. The whole box etc looks well made. A perfect gift for a 7+ year old if they are interested in learning magic.

Well received present.

Good sturdy magic set - not like all the gaudy plastic ones that you usually see. This was given to a 10 year old girl for Christmas and she has proceeded to give magic shows to anyone she meets ever since. If you don't want to be bored to death watching them, don't get a magic set, but if you are after a quality item, then this is for you.

Really lovely quality product - a gift for my 9 year old daughter on her birthday. Exciting looking box stuffed with tricks rather than packaging. Good quality beautifully decorated wooden items that feel heavy and solid. clear instructions, good tricks that are straightforward to master, then the child can practise their finesse! Such a far cry from the cheap plastic sets I've seen before. As per previous reviews, only gripe is that while it all fits back into the hinged box, it would be useful to have a clip or something on the outside to keep it from falling open again.

A Christmas hit.

Deluxe Magic Set From the moment our 9year granddaughter opened this, she was transfixed. The items are good quality plastic, covered in a good quality wood veneer. The items are very pleasing to the eye. I especially loved the velvet items. Item arrived in good time for xmas, and was well packaged. She practised nearly all morning with her father to perfect the tricks. Some instructions are very lengthy! All in all I would give this 9/10. Everything can be packed into the box, but needs a closing device to keep everything together.
