**Q: does s.o.d. bring back your natural hair color ,and prevent sunburn?**
A: My hair is as gray now as ever and we don't have that much sun in the NW, but for what we do have, I haven't gotten burned while playing what golf I do

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Difficult to Evaluate

I have taken S.O.D. for decades because of its antioxidant properties, particularly in reference to the skin. In general, I find it difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of any supplements because the effects are often internal and not readily noticeable. However, people usually underestimate my age by at least a decade. Maybe that's because of the S.O.D. As far as this particular formulation is concerned, I have the same evaluative difficulty. I have taken various formulations over the years and have not been able to see a difference in effect between them. They have all done the job as far as I can tell. So, I suppose this formulation works as well as any.
