Sound a little low , else really easy , music choice not exhaustive

Excellent quality and fun to use.The only fault I can mention is you must have an iPhone or iPad to operate as at the time of writing, Android O/S not yet available.

First of all, buy a decent microphone. The one supplied looked and felt cheap. The control buttons didn't work either but that's not an issue for me As the system comes with only one microphone and with it being unidirectional, you cannot sing to it from the side. It has to be right near your mouth for the mic to work. No good if you want to double up with a friend. It is one of those that will pick up from the sides as well as from the front.Back to the singing machine. Apart from the afterthought microphone, the system itself is great. I am still getting used to all the effects. I need them. I may not be tone deaf but I can't sing that well and this will help me with my bum notes. I intend to use this on occasion for the other residents to use in my sheltered housing complex as it is well known that singing helps those with dementia help keep their faculties for longer.The battery pack will last the distance. I topped up the charge once, have used it every day since for at least an hour each time and the battery is still showing a full charge!The volume while quite good isn't hall filling but luckily I have a surround sound system at home and once connected to a TV and using the optical output to the surround sound, I can cheerfully wake up the neighbours. I'm also glad I can turn the lights off. Don't like them.Over all, this is an impressive machine only let down by the useless microphone.

Poor sound quality, I was reading a lot of reviews before ordering it. Everywhere people saying that they are very satisfied with how strong and clear the sound is. BUT not in our case. The sound is trembling, with a lot of distortion in all spectrum, but mostly in the low frequency. Even if the sound be set on very quite level, the distortion is staying. For me this box been thrown and the 8" speaker is damaged. It doesn't matter if music is played or a microphone is in use, with or without effects, the sounds is with the same very poor quality. I want to return this Item and arrange money back, because this was a birthday gift and already ordered another to replace this!

I like it but the microphone could be louder as even on maximum level, the audio over powers it. I’ve had to connect it to my separate amp to get better use from it. It’s easy to use. Not many effects and most of them would never get used anyway.I’m pleased the light can be turned off as I think this would drain the battery quicker.Great that it’s portable so you can take it anywhere or even use it for busking.Overall not to bad but like I say, microphone settings could be better.

You can buy cheaper karaoke machines but this is much more , works great as a powerful Bluetooth speaker , more than sufficient volume , portable but solidly made. So many features it is in my view streets ahead of others on the market and has genuine auto tune. Have purchased a 2nd microphone, auto tune on available on master microphone input. I was dubious about spending £200 + but am glad I did, this will be used a lot and not consigned to a cupboard after a few uses

Budding singer...wanted to be able to record his singing and send it to his Girlfriend on Whatsapp.....he's only 8 🙄This speaker kicks out loud quality sound as well as the funky light show.
