Use 500g of mince beef or pork and a cup of red or white wine depending on the meat. Half a tsp basil, parsley, oregano, 2 bay leaves and one chopped onion. A tin of tomatoes and the carton of tomate frito and you have an excellent five star Bolognese sauce. Add garlic and mustard to taste.
