Installation instructions shocking.
The product itself is fine. However do not rely on the installation instructions in the box. They do not mention crucial steps!Turn the water off to your fridge water supply.Remove the old filter from your fridge by removing the red clips, then lifting the blue clip slightly to release the pressure on your water pipe going in and out the filter. The water pipe should now pull out fairly easily.1) Remove the red clips from the new filter.2) Remove the dark blue rubber tips, so as to just leave the round blue clips.3) Insert the water pipe into the filter inside the round blue clip. Push in firmly.4) Pop the red clip back on between the top of the blue clip and the water filter.

Good purchase
Have not used these yet but they are exactly the same, and same box, as the ones which were supplied with my Kenwood Fridge Freezer KSBSDIX16. For the price, would definitely buy again!
