The bag arrived in a timely manner and was well-packaged. It seems to be well-made and very attractive. Only one oddity: every bit of hardware on the bag (zipper pull tabs, buckles, claw hooks, product emblem on the front, etc.) were coated in some sort of sticky substance. It was easily removed with "Goo-Gone," but while I was cleaning the sticky material off the hardware, I was very concerned I might get cleaning fluid on the leather. I don't know what the substance is, but I was eventually able to get it all off without damaging the bag. And now, I love it.

Lets give it 4 stars since the leather smells chemically and the straps including the shoulder strap is so thin I don't know how long that will last. I do see why people say the zippers are cheap, so I treated mine with a leather cleaner to soften the leather up so the zippers wouldn't have the full torque of each pocket or pouch stretching from whatever you place in them.. The leather isn't as shinny as the pic , a dull color and a little leather cleaner will fix that.. Over all its a 4 star product for now... will update in future !

I recently purchased a leather messenger bag from Handmade World; although I enjoy carrying my laptop, notebooks, and my students' assignments in messenger bags, I found that Handmade World's product might not last me a while. Within two days of using it, I noticed a small tear on the side pocket which gradually increased each time I opened it as well as the sew on the shoulder strap is becoming unthreaded. The messenger bag is handsome, but its quality is rather unsatisfactory.

Well I've had this bag about a week now and I had other bags in the past and this bag surpasses them by far. When I first got the bag the first thing I did was checked all the stitching zippers buckles everything was perfect , the stitching is outstanding no flaws whatsoever couldn't be happier. When I first got the bag it was just a tiny bit stiff but that was just from being new so I purchased some Leather Honey Leather conditioner from Amazon applied it to the bag the bag is so soft it's unbelievable perfect bag perfect conditioner. If you buy this bag you will not be disappointed I'm very happy.
