Does the stitching cause chaffing on the inner thighs? I don't this to destroy my jeans/pants.

I have three bikes with this saddle. Buying one today for another bike I own. I rode over 2,400 miles on two bikes I own with this saddle installed. Miles ridden at a go range between 10 and 75 miles, the majority them at around 35-40 miles at a time. Never felt the seams. No signs of chaffing on my bib shorts. And to date, this is the most comfortable and efficient saddle/saddle design I've ever ridden on.

Yes. They are entirely synthetic. It's a nice finish, and quite leather-like, but waterproof and comfy.
