At this time of this writing I am 40 years old. This is not teenage acne. I saw every doctor, took pills, did all they had to offer and nothing helped. I tried expensive acne products, cheap acne products, nothing helped. During all of this time I also had stomach/digestive issues that went on for years. They labeled it IBS. I had all kinds of tests done, biopsy's, blood work, scans, my gall bladder was removed, tried different over the counter pills, prescription pills, nothing helped my stomach. I eventually ended up on a strict Paleo diet, where I cut out all dairy, all grains, some vegetables, and sugars. My abdomen was bloated and uncomfortable all the time. I even went to the ER a few times over it. I took a ton of different vitamins trying to get some kind of order in my whole system, but that actually made things worse. I didn't realize that until I stopped taking all the vitamins. My life was miserable all the way around. I couldn't eat, because food hurt my stomach, my face was broken out horribly all the time, nothing and I do mean nothing worked. I had a couple of doctors tell me my acne was a hormonal imbalance, but nothing was done about it. I recently started seeing an aesthetician and she told me the same thing, my face was breaking out due to a hormonal imbalance. I decided to buy this Female Complex and give it a try. I didn't even take it right away. I stopped taking all of my vitamins and everything for 3 weeks to clean up my system to see if that would help. It did a little bit, but not completely. I started taking the complex 2.5 weeks ago from the day of this writing. Within 4 days my acne was clearing up significantly. Within 1.5 weeks I ate bread, real bread! Not Paleo bread, but bread made with wheat and nothing happened to me. I didn't get sick or bloated at all! My bloating has gone down, my acne is almost gone, and it is all because of this product. I do not know how or why it worked so well for me, but it did. I recommend anyone who is going through the same issues I was to give this product a try and see if it helps. It takes time, as I am still careful on what I eat, I am still taking the complex, and it took me years to get to where I am, I don't expect to be healed 100% in 2.5 weeks, but I feel better and I greatly appreciate this product!! I researched and found out a lot of women can experience crazy moods while on the pill, so I decided to ditch it after completing the pack I was on. I was pretty nervous considering the acne and mood swings that I expected would follow, and I had also grown accustomed to knowing when my period will come, so I researched this product. I'll have to be completely honest, km not sure if the change in my mood had more to do with these pills or quitting birth control, but I finally feel like my old self again. Things interest me again, I've gained energy, a more positive outlook, and I've even been less anxious in social situations. I am pretty sure these pills helped my skin stay clear and today....for the first time ever without birth control, I started my period exactly on time!! I'm pretty sure some of you can understand my excitement if you've ever had to deal with wearing panty liners for weeks in anticipation of your period. Now, I did break out right before my period. I thought maybe the supplement stopped working or that maybe it never did and I was just now getting the results of quitting the pill. But now that I started, I completely understand why I've had acne the past couple days and I won't blame this product for a natural response to my cycle. All in all, if your only reason for taking birth control is to regulate your periods, I highly recommend ditching them and switching to this. I've felt so much healthier this past month.

I started this past month, on the very last day of my 'cycle'. I take two every morning, and I've only missed one Saturday where I overslept and forgot. For background information, I'm not on birth control pills and haven't been for nearly 8 years. As the days started to approach for this month's cycle, I began watching closely. Normally, my breasts become unbearably tender, I bloat, I feel icky, and my face breaks out the week leading and the week of. I wasn't expecting any really changes for at least another month, but I have been so impressed! No tenderness, very mild bloating, no icky feelings, and very mild acne that I'm taking care of with Tea Tree Oil and Lavender oils. Previously, my body also really wasn't on a 28 day cycle, and it instead varied between 28 to 32 days every month (super fun when planning events). But I started up right on the 28th day. I will continue to buy this when I run out!

I have had an obvious hormone imbalance since the birth of my daughter. I just wanted to try some supplements to see if that line of treatment would be worthwhile. The price and good reviews on these seemed like a great place to start, and they have been. The effects were gradual, so I didn’t really notice the difference until I stopped taking them on accident. I just forgot for several days, and it stopped being a part of my daily routine. Suddenly, my cystic acne came back with a vengeance and my skin got very dry again. I quickly realized then only change I had made was neglecting to take these supplements. I think a more comprehensive female supplement would be beneficial, but I’m going to finish this bottle before I try something else. I would highly recommend!

Ok seriously, these pills are like godly magical that its blowing my mind. Ive been bleeding for about 2 months straight now, and ive always had a problem with irregular periods. I was getting so desparate to find something that will help regulate my period and hormones so i searched for hormone balancers and came across these pills. After reading the reviews, i thought to myself what do i have to lose. So i ordered them, they came in the mail exactly when it was suppose to, and so far ive taken it for 3 days now. My bleeding has already stopped in the 3 days!!!! I cant believe it. Now im just waiting to see if my period will come every month when its suppose to, so i will update in a bit! But im so happy the bleeding stopped! No more bloody panties :)
