Etat Libre d'Orange Like This Tilda Swinton Eau de Parfum Spray

I purchased a sample of this perfume when I was going through a particularly difficult time in my life. Something about this sweet yet grounded scent really boosted my spirits and made me feel like I was safe and at home or in the middle of a good warm hug. It is unique without being off putting. I am going through a rough spot again so this time I bought a bottle, and it does not disappoint. I recommend this to anyone if they are going through a break-up. If you love it you will feel cozy and comforted. If you hate it you will be distracted from your pain. You kind of can't afford to not buy it.

Well, I'm a bit confused. The label is not the gold and orange label as shown, it's the traditional logo from this perfumer, although it does say "Like This" on it. I had never smelled this before, but I do believe it to be correct based on the descriptor. It is a lovely, complex smell with good sillage and length. Completely different in the air than once it's dried down.

This fragrance was introduced with an orange label and it had marvelous prominent notes of carrot, gingerbread and raw pumpkin; it lasted for hours & hours and had a moderate but noticeable sillage. This version is still available on this website for twice the price of this one with the white label and I think it might be worth the price because the white label one I purchased is a disappointment all around: a barely noticeable muddied floral fragrance that fades away entirely within 30 minutes - no carrot, no gingerbread and no pumpkin. I thought I'd received a bad bottle, complained and was sent a replacement that, sadly, mirrors the one I was first sent.

Smells sweet and alluring. Amazing !

If I could give this perfume zero stars I would! Horrible strong and cheap smelling. And no returns.
