Product Arrived 3 days Earlier than Predicted During Covid - 19 Delays
Product arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. After hooking it up to the network and the workstation, it took one call to the VOIP provider to hook it up. The IP550 is functioning properly.Thank you.

Worked as expected after some work
I would have liked to see the firmware updated instead of left back at 4.0.4. There were a few blemishes that I feel could have been touched up when I compare them to the ones I bought from another seller (theirs was also not updated but much more attractive and boxed better). They arrived on time and I am very picky btw.
