**Q: Is this product organic?**
A: no it is not and you need to know it is from china, I was very surprised.

**Q: how long can stay ?**
A: I ordered mid November 2018. Just now finishing the bag. Lost some cloves to moldy growth but keeping them dry and in a cold place allowed for maximum shelf life. The cloves are great for grating on a microplane, so much bigger than the ones I could find in our local supermarket. Getting ready to buy again.
