PI6000 - Sentrol Motion Detector with Pet Immunity

Arrived on time and works as advertised.

Have had a four of these PI6000's in use for a number of years. They are little work horses and very reliable. I couldn't find these at the right price when adding more coverage area to my system, so I tried two Honeywell Aurora units which ended up being a disappointment. The Aurora's missed too many potential alarms during testing so I took them down, purchased two more PI6000's, put them in the exact same location as the Aurora's and am once again satisfied with the performance and reliablility the PI6000's offer. Amazon had a great vendor who offered the PI6000's at a fair price. (Too much time expired before I installed the Aurora units so I couldn't return them to Amazon. My bad. Perhaps, I may see if they will work for my dog house, as the neighbor's dog has been stealing his food! Bad dog!)

Will be wiring them into our new house along with a GE security system. These are HARDWIRED, just in case anyone missed that point. Look great, much smaller than I had imagined (which is fantastic), very pleased with it.These were ordered on Sunday night and were delivered to our house by Wednesday! Props to the seller!I will update the rating later if there are any issues with functionality... but so far so good!

No frills motion detector that integrated into my existing wired security system well. Great instructions, solid state construction is easy to install and integrate. Requires 6 wire cable for self-tampering, alarm and power requirements.

This is the second unit I ordered and now it works fine my cats run thru our 19x24 family room all night and no alarms ..
