Help... guidance needed....
I would love to change this review/rating to a positive one but I'm completely confused by these blinds. I couldn't find any instructions included on how to install them. The only logical thing was to hook the wall bracket into the allocated slot on the blinds. Once putting them up I tried to put the plastic winder attachments each side to lower the blind but not only was it not fitting correctly but the slot that is hooking to the wall bracket is stopping the blinds from doing anything. It's so frustrating because I can't see any other way of putting the pieces together, there's no online instructions and I can't understand how others had no issues. Can someone help??

Great looking blinds however, fragile plastic attachments
Really happy with the colour and design of these blinds. There was some damage to the case when I opened it and found that the metal tube was dented and one of the plastic brackets was broken. I did however manage to force the bracket on and it works well. I contacted the company who provided a spare plastic part which arrived quickly and in tact which was surprising as it was sent in an envelope.

Impossible to fit
I should have checked the other reviews beforehand, as although the blind itself looked nice, there is no way of attaching it to the wall fittings, the wrong fittings were sent in the box. It was specified that the item was not new, but only stated small cosmetic damage which would have been fine, when in fact the tube was bent slightly out of shape,so the plastic "control mechanism" does not fit into place either. This, on top of the fact the wrong wall fittings were sent, render it useless, it must have been the same one returned by another customer for the same reasons.

Terribly designed product, unusable.
Quite simply, the metal 'fixing brackets' do not fit together with either the 'pivot end plug' or 'control wheel' in any conceivable way, rendering the roller blind useless. I can only assume the the wrong brackets where put in the wrong box unfortunately. As I can't seem to be able to contact the seller about it I will be returning the product.

Disappointing bracket design.
Setting and lining up the brackets onto a wooden 3" x 1" batten above the window recess while atop a ladder proved a formidable task in itself. But because of the bracket flange facing inwards, there is no way to position the roller blind with its mechanism within the brackets and still give access to the screw heads.I will return the blind and look for something with an easier mounting arrangement.

Great value for money and stylish blind
I don't usually review but this is a really stylish blind. Really good value for money and easy to install. You will need a drill, the right drill bit to put raw plug in etc and someone to help you.Brilliant black out blind

Just what I needed!
Really good quality. Much better than the ones I had. Pretty much entirely eliminates outdoors light in the room. Great for those on night work who sleep during the day! Would recommend!
