It will probably suck its head in its shell. Daily on both eyes if swollen, puffy, closed or red eyes. Weekly regularly. **Q: For my res does he have to stay out of water after i put his drops on?** A: I say yes. What ever is in the water is probably what irritated the turtles eyes.
