Great for what I needed it for. The inside plates come out really easy. Just read the instructions. You push a button and the top pops out, and pops back in just as easily. And so does the bottom. I just wish more people would let everyone know stuff like this.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this but thankfully, mine came in great condition(brand new). I was hesistant to buy at first but I thought I give it a chance and it did not disappoint. I thought some of the bad reviews was a result of users error maybe. First try was a success as seen in the picture. Came off easily since I applied butter first. No flip needed but might cook it longer next time to get that perfect golden brown color.

Love it. I made waffle sticks and they were a hit at a big event. I filled the bottom compartment, closed and let it cook for 5 minutes. Came out perfect every time. I’m going to experiment with adding sausage links (1 ounce). And I ordered one for my granddaughter for her birthday.
