TTVie Kobo Clara HD Case - Ultra Slim Smart Protective Folio Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep Function for Kobo Clara HD 6.0 Inch Ereader 2018 Release, Big Eyes

Robust enough for the job and fairly cheap but mine caused problems. With sleepcover function turned on on my Kobo this would drain the battery whilst not in use and also caused a frightening crash/freeze on my new Kobo. With sleepcover function disabled battery drain would be slower but still present and would require two button presses to allow for a slow and jolted wake-up. I have since purchased the more expensive official Kobo sleepcover and this works flawlessly, discounting the possibility of the fault lying with the e-reader itself. I may have received a bad apple, however for comparison the official version's cover also sits flatter against the back when opened, is secured there by the magnetic "tongue" making it more comfortable and easy to hold, is slightly narrower and neater and the cover's edges are more rounded and less sharp. The reviewed item is quicker to open and close and is half the price, so if you're lucky and get a working unit it may suit you better. Having now compared the two I would not recommend it over the official sleepcover which I feel is worth the extra expense. Hope this has been useful.

I can only echo the good things other reviewers have mentioned so far, but more importantly that the item definitely fits a Kobo Clara HD purchased in December 2019 in the UK. I feel this is important(!), because one or two other reviewers mentioned that it didn't fit, which made me think that Kobo had released a new version with different dimensions. Because of those reviews, I nearly didn't buy this cover. I hope this review clarifies the fact that the cover does fit the product as described.

Case is lightweight, rigid and fits the Kobo Clara well. Only minor complaint is that when reading the Clara the front part of the case when folded behind the device tends to move about. Perhaps the "hinge" needs to be a bit more rigid so prevent that.

The item works fine now it finally arrived and seems to perform as it described in the advertisement. The product is a great product and I am pleased with it.BUT……..Sadly it took to me ordering it twice to try and get it and then it was delivered to another address 10 minutes away from my location. I decided to cancel the item not knowing it had been delivered elsewhere, it was only when the other person opened the package that they realised it was not theirs. Lucky for me that person was honest and knew of the company and person it was intended for so kindly called so we could go collect it.

It fits the Clara HD perfectly, seems strong, wake up and sleep mode works fine. Because of the slight textured finish and extra weight, the case makes the device a little more secure to hold. To me a case is a must to protect the screen more than anything, and this does the job at a great price. Would recommend.

The case clicks in well, is sturdy and fits the kobo perfectly. It feels super comfy when reading and is lightweight. The magnetic cover is great when opening on sleep mode and it goes straight to your bookmark!

This is such a pretty case that does exacly what it needs to do - fits my Clara perfectly and the auto sleep/wake function works (unlike some other cases). Very happy with my purchase.

Fits the Clara reader well and looks nice. I can't comment on durability, as it is new, but I like it for now and hope it will last.
