Wellfit Watch Pins, 1.8mm Thickness Heavy Duty Spring Bar, 4 Pack Stainless Steel Watch Band Pins, 20mm

These Spring Bars are high quality, and the 20 mm by 1.8 mm is the correct size for Invicta Pro Diver watches (including the 8926OB model). The more common 20 mm by 1.5 mm thickness Spring Bars are too thin for these watches. I noticed one person wrote a review with photos and complained that the thickness is not really 1.8 mm and he provided a photo of the Spring Bar in his Micrometer showing it to be 1.78 mm thick. Really? Being undersized by 0.02 mm (less than 1/4 the thickness of a human hair) bothers him? Spring Bars and other similar items are never exactly the thickness of the specifications. Due to normal variation the dimensions can vary a tiny bit, so they are always made slightly smaller than spec. This can be seen in his other photograph showing his original 1.5 mm Spring Bar to be really 1.45 mm in thickness. Better slightly small than slightly too large! Slightly small will work. Slightly large won't fit. I have found that these Wellfit Watch Pins will last five to seven years of daily wear by a physically active person. And that's not to the point of failure, that's to the point where they start to bow a bit causing the band to not snug right up to the watch case on a Submariner type watch.

The photo on the left is my Seiko "fat boy" spring bars which are 2.5 in diameter and with 1.1mm diver tips. The one on the right is this Wellfit Watch pins which are 1.8mm in diameter and with the standard 0.8mm tip diameter. 1.5mm diameter spring bars are usually considered the standard but with NATO straps, I do recommend the larger 1.8 for more security. However, make sure the bar tips FIT your watch; too big they will come out, too loose and it might mess up the lug holes on the watch over time. The original spring bars on my watch were curved and I was worried this might not work with a NATO I bought; however, it fit seamlessly. Some reviewers stated some come missing or have small tolerance issues. I haven't seen thsoe on the four I received but these are small parts and sometimes, things happen during the machining process. but for 6 dollars for 4, these are solid quality made from stainless steel and with a solid "spring/boing" to the bars. If one snaps, I'll update the review but so far so good.

The listing says heavy duty but I don't think they're much more heavy duty than some of the spring bars I've seen. Certainly they're not as heavy as the original equipment that comes with a dive watch those big thick spring bars but these seem well made and I use them I would purchase again if needed them

i've bought a few 1.8mm spring bars for my IWC. bought some from a very well known brand (artem) and they actually kept popping out (pin too large) which in one case caused my watch to fall on concrete. i think these are very decent. thick - they fit well in the holes of my IWC alligator leather strap, with little room for play. they are strong and i like them.

I thought these spring bars would be a gimmick. I tried pulling one apart. Trying to break it. By bending, twisting, trying to remove the inner spring with pliers. Not easy to break. I might look for these in a 1.8mm. However, the 1.6mm was good size thickness to use in substitution. Much springier than the cheapo ones that come in bulk.

I ordered the 22mm bars for a Garmin Instinct 3 watch. Unfortunately, these bars were too short, likely the 21mm size. However, all four pieces were in tact and the springs worked well. Would have been a good product had they actually fit.

These are easily the best spring bars that I have purchased off Amazon. Bought the 22mm bars for my Timex Deepwater and they fit perfectly, and feel sturdy.
