Weber Genesis II E-310 Liquid Propane 3-Burner Grill, Black

All my life I've purchased and used 2nd hand grills. To my discontent I wish I upgraded sooner! The build of this unit is very, very good. It's very easy to assemble (power philips driver and 13mm socket). It took me about an hour to build. You'll have a lot of packing waste too! Which to say the parts are well protected in the box.Once you fire this up, and wow this thing does FIRE up, it's really amazing. The flame is so clean and... just deliberate! My previous grills were never like this. It's a keeper to just watch this thing light up. I'd recommended the stainless steel version. I have both genesis stainless and one that is cast iron. The SS heats up quicker and is much easier to clean! Oh and btw, the bottom funnel that directs all the gunk out of the grill is removalable. That in itself is a REALLY nice feature. I'd totally recommend it.

After using this grill for a little over a month now, I pleasantly surprised at how well it performs. Have owned 3 high end grills over the years and never considered Weber “high end” - until now anyway. Solid grill that holds the heat really well and cooks evenly. I have to say - well worth the money - especially compared to other high end manufacturers. The only issue I had with shipping was, the grill had obviously been tossed around a bit. The burners had been dislodged from the holder in the grill box, and the igniters had all been knocked off the burners. Re-attaching those was quite tricky, but a call to Weber to have them walk me through the process took care of that. I was extremely frustrated, and the guy on the other end of the phone was AWESOME. Very patient, and ultimately helped me get them attached. If you’re on the fence - hop off and get this grill. You won’t be disappointed.

Although I have not cooked anything on it yet I don't need to to know this grill will serve it's purpose for many years to come. I mean it weigh in at 170 pounds! everything is very sturdy. I also got a free upgrade that wasn't known apparently the grill grates that got packaged with mine are the stainless steel not the porcelain ceramic cast iron. Fit and finish was excellent and assembly took about 40 minutes, it only took me that long because I have a freshly broken foot so mobility was limited, so your assembly time may vary. I did a pre heat on it to burn off all the oils are the grill reached 650*f with relative ease. the removable grease funnel underneath will make for easy cleaning too.

The grill arrives well packaged and on a small wooden pallet. Assembly was very straightforward, and there are very clear instructions. It is obvious that this grill is made from very high quality parts, and Weber has taken great care to insure that assembly is easy.I've never owned a grill that made grilling so easy. I have the natural gas model. The burners ignite quickly and easily. I like how the heat dispersing covers have a little notch in them where you can see if the burner ignited. Weber has thought of everything. Knobs turn very smooth, and allows for very fine adjustment of the burners. The grates are also very high-end. No need to go buy any aftermarket grates. Go ahead and buy you a cover too! Very satisfied customer!

Very impressed with this grill. From the easy to follow assembly instructions, to the quality of the fasteners used to put it together. I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and I’m not disappointed. As for operational performance- my ribeyes never had such an even char. Well worth every penny!

Overall we are very happy with the grill. We opted for the no cost assembly. Two people arrived to assemble the grill. They were very nice and professional. Arrived on time. It took them 45 minutes to put the grill together. Did a great job. As they were unpacking the box they showed me four spots where the frame was dented. I reported this to Amazon. The customer service rep, Josephine, was very pleasant and helpful. She made the seller aware. I did not return because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and time. Plus the dents don't affect assembly or function. However, the grill is very expensive. so it's very disappointing that it arrived damaged. I could have gone to the local Home Depot and purchased a dented floor model and received a nice discount. Now, back to the grill itself. It's great. Heat distribution and temperature control are great. We're very pleased with it. Our old Weber lasted for 20 years. I expect this one will last that long too.

I love this grill. I got the 3 burner and it is plenty big. Heats up quickly and very good at controlling the flame. The "flame shields" do a good job of keeping direct flames away from grilling surface, although sometimes grease drops cause flare ups. We grill out a lot on our deck and this is the best grill I have ever had, well worth the extra cost over other brands. Also there was a problem with the top cover missing a part to connect it to the body of the grill. I contacted their support and they sent me a completely new one out, I received it in just a few days. I have contacted Weber support a couple of times with questions about parts and they are about the most helpful help desk I have ever worked with. Highly recommend this grill, or whatever Weber model fits your needs.

I removed one star for installation because the threads were poorly tapped on one of the base pieces, and I ended up shearing off a bolt head. I assembled it solo in about an hour. (Including beverage breaks)Other than that, I'm very happy with this grill. I'm just about through my first tank, and have used it probably 15 times this season. With two burners on high, it reaches 450 pretty quickly. I've only had all three burners going once and it was into the 700 range before I turned down the heat.The grates after holding up nicely, and clean up well with minimal effort.Very satisfied.

Love, Love, Love.... it took my husband and I a few hours to assemble. Instruction along with well organized packaging of assembly material for each step made this super easy. They also provide a link for video instructions but we didn't need at all. We love this BBQ! It is great quality and brilliant cooking heat for superior BBQ food.

This bbq os just as amazing as the one i had years ago. I bought a cheaper bbq after I left the old one with the house I sold and regretted it ever since. So as soon as the other one was rusted to shreds after only 3 years I decided to go back to something better and durable.

Went together with no problems, the online assembly help is good. Only used it twice so far but very happy with the performance.
