worked like a charm - UPDATE below
What can I say. I have a 2004 Yukon and one of the brake lines blew (2020). I replaced all the brake lines and after that chore (to do it right), I started to hook the lines to this valve...and as careful as I was in the extremely confined space I stripped out one of the lines. This unit is aluminum and the lines were stainless steel, guess which one won that battle, yup, the $10 line. So, I had to buy this item for $430...holy smokes!! But, after prep'ing and prep'ing again with extreme caution I was able to get the Yukon back together without any leaks. So, in the end it was not this units fault, just the fact I screwed up and had to purchase a new one. Further, this seems to be a common occurrence out there, used items were almost as expensive, so I'd rather just buy new and it comes to my door rather than fight an old, busted, expensive part from a junkyard.Update: The original replacement failed after 3 years (see above). Very very hard to find part nowadays (June 2023). Ordered this part after searching for months, item came in damaged. Returned to seller and they refunded $520. Now still out searching for this item, may be time for a junkyard or ebay.
