Works well, no more fumbling with keys. Only drawback is vague directions as to reversing handles. Had to find you tube video to figure out. The inner and outer handles release differently. The instructions show them the same...product great but installation directions could be better.

Arrived on time. Looked and worked as described. Easy one person installation. Battery cover a bit tough to slide off and took a few minutes to figure out how to switch the handles around. I’ve had it only a month or so give it take and color starting to fade on the handles. Other than that it’s pretty decent.

The lock itself does not always go back into proper position so the device will beep like it is out of battery. After changing batteries 3 times, I finally figured out that the thumb turn for the lock was not going completely to unlock on the inside. Once I turned it a bit the system would lock again. I was very surprised by how well these door locks match in style and color with my Schlage Accent oil-rubbed bronze door handles in the rest of my house. The handle operation is "firm" - good spring tension, nothing loose or flimsy. The locking mechanism makes a loud but quick and positive "whirr - rapp" sound. I like the backlight on the keypad. The whole unit - key panel on one side, battery pack on the other - is a bit large and imposing. This is an observation, not a complaint. Originally, the manual lock screw would stick but it seems to have loosened up over time and now easy to turn. The lock doesn't have a low-battery indicator. Instead, it simply beeps as if the wrong code was entered and fails to unlock. It's a little disconcerting because I thought the memory got wiped. Keep the spare key handy _outside_ the room.

So the lock works great it's easy to install just like any other lock. locks like any other lock. uses a code like any other lock. but there's a couple of things that I don't like, and will unfortunately be returning it. One of the things is you can only used to handle one way to open the door. you have to unlock it toopen door/ leave.

Had to call a lock smith within the first month bc the touch pad wouldn’t open the door - he reset the lock and made us extra keys because clearly the touch lock function can’t be trusted and it only came with one key. So it basically defeats the purpose - could have just put a regular knob on for 1/2 the price or less. Bummed.

Good product but it was difficult for me to swap the handles around. Support was very responsive but still not as easy as it should be.
