ProHealthEnergy NADH Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (30 Tablets, 12.5 mg) (2 Pack)

I have purchased NADH before, and wondered if it was working. I tried this brand because the price was right. I take 2 tabs in the morning. Personally if you are new, try 1 tab to start and see if 1 is enough. No Jitters at all. I ordered it a second time. Recomended if you are looking for energy.

UPDATE: I am cautiously revising my review. I originally fooled myself into purchasing because the packaging and name looked like the original Enada NAHD, which was clinically studied for CFS/ME, which I have. The original Enada NADH had a soft liquid center to keep the NADH stable, which this doesn't seem to have. I was upset that I couldn't return it (with no warning from Amazon when I bought it), so I gave it 1 star and set it on my shelf.2 years later, I decided to use these because we were moving and.. whay not? Using them was probably better than throwing them out. And a strange thing happened. After taking them about a week, I found myself not feeling as fatigued. It's hard to put my finger on what changed exactly. It's like the battery feels close to draining soon but... it doesn't quite give out, I'm able to keep functioning. And it felt even better a week later. Not a cure, but a definite help.I'm not 100% sure the change is due to this product. It may just be the normal ebb and flow of CFS. But I'm reordering and will continue trying. Giving it 5 stars on the presumption that this is what's helping. If it is, the assistance is very worth the price. Will update later if this trend doesn't continue.My Original 1-star Review Title: NOT Enada and NOT refundable! Don't be fooled by the packaging.Package color and wording look very similar to the original Enada NADH product, but this is NOT it. The Enada product was clinically studied, easy on my gut, and had liquid filled tablets. If I remember right, the original Enada was patented and supposedly offered superior shelf life and bio-availability. If you're not careful, your mind will read the word "ENERGY" on the label as "ENADA," which it isn't. I paid extra because I thought I was getting the original, which had worked for me in the past. This ProHealth product also seems exceptionally hard on my digestive system when taken as directed on an empty stomach.Not only that, after receiving a shipment on September 26 I tried to return the product on October 11 and Amazon's app said "This product is not eligible for return."Update 10/13/17: I called Amazon support and they verified that this product is NOT refundable. There is no mention of this in Amazon return policy or in the product description. This makes no sense to me because the pills are individually tamper-resistant foil packaged. So, either Amazon or ProHealth or both are unwilling to stand behind the product. (Amazon did refund one package as a courtesy because of my long-standing Prime customer status, as a one-time exception.) Also updated the review above re: apparent harshness on digestive tract.

I've used the NOW brand of NADH before, the sublingual tablets, with no effect whatever. However with these, I can seem to feel a subtle boost in my energy level. It isn't anything like a stimulant so don't expect a rush or a ham in the rear roti get you out of your recliner. But if you are up and active anyway, you should find it a little easier to keep going.

I noticed a big difference when I take this and when I don't. It works well for me. I have CFS and Crohn's. I also take high grade energy vitamins drink, matcha tea and make my own green smoothies. I did these before I started the NADH and still felt like I had an energy boost when I began talking it. When I do all of these each day I feel like I used to and am able to get things done.

I’ve used KAL NADH 5 mg. for years, but they haven’t been available for months now, so I thought I’d give this brand a try. I got nothing.

I have fibromyalgia and spondylosis. Finding the energy to get out of bed or fix a meal can be a real challenge more days than not! I haven't put my finger on exactly how this helps, I just know it does! The best thing is I don't have any side effects from it and it doesn't interfere w/ any of my medications. I have to be careful to take it before noon, or I don't sleep at night. It's truly been a blessing for me...not a miracle, but it does help. If only it were less expensive.
