Best advice is to add an extra inch of cable ...
Would give 5 stars for '5 Star' cable but for one gripe: foot markings are given in 2ft increments, but the cable measures out 1 inch short for each 2 foot increment as marked on the cable. Cable spans from ~1001ft mark to 1ft mark netting, in theory, 1000ft of cable. Taking into account the 0.5" per foot increment shortage however you are left with about 958ft of cable on this 1000ft roll. Not a huge deal on the ~4% loss, but were you to be counting on accurate cable markings for you measurement on long spans of cable (even taking into account extra footage for mistakes), you might just end up a few feet short of your mark (~10ft short on a 250ft span). Best advice is to add an extra inch of cable for every 2 feet of cable you had planned on cutting.

An excellent buy.
This is an excellent buy and I used various colors of this product to re-run the network for my whole office. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I did have a couple of kink issues during the pulls, AND a couple of runs (without kinks) that did fail open when tested. So, as best practices dictate, always run an extra cable length or two for every drop. (I did.) This cable is inexpensive enough that you won't regret having the extra lines if all test good, and won't have to re-run a length if one tests bad.I will definitely recommend this to others and re-purchase it if I need to run CAT 5e again.

5 Star Cable ETL Listed 1000 Ft. Cat5E UTP Solid Copper PVC CMR-Rated Cable - Grey
Used a few boxes of this for new data locations. Pulled from the box smooth enough. Did not have any issues with the cable. All lines tested good. Cable length markings not reliable, but good enough to get a rough idea of whats left in the box. (just always assume there is less than you think).

OK cable, easy to dispense, good price
I've used maybe 150' of this so far, it seems to be fine, and a pleasant surprise given the low price. It comes out of the box nicely (always a concern from a new brand), the strands are easy to terminate on normal connectors.

Used all 1000' and had to get more. Not one defect spot. Some are run pretty close to power lines (3 to 4 inches) and no noticeable interference.
