I bought this product because it was to replace the turn signal blinker relay in my vehicle. I installed the original one and every time the turn signal was switched on or the hazards were switched on, there would be a buzzing sound. I contacted the company and they responded with:"Dear XXX XXXXXThis is normal. If you are worried, you can contact the customer service of amazon reception to exchange the goods.Best wish !".I of course requested a replacement and it was shipped out, but upon installing the 2nd relay, I almost had the exact same results. The only think that differed from the first one to the second one was the buzzing was not always present with the hazard lights.I wanted to let people know that my experience was not very good with this product.
