Dell Print Head Printhead for P513w, P713w, V313, V313w, V515w, V715w All-In-One Printers

I ordered this printhead after reading the reviews & was concerned about the replacement not working. I wasn't getting hardly any blue & yes I've had printhead problems before but the printer was still under Dell warranty then, so I got my replacements for free. Sure enough, I put the new printhead in & got an error message, called the company that shipped this and they were AWESOME!!!!! We tried troubleshooting a few things and still no luck, so they shipped a replacement with a prepaid return label. The 2nd printhead arrived very quickly, I installed and it worked perfectly....I have all colors printing just fine. I'm not ready to give up my printer yet, it's really not that old & I have too many new, unused ink cartridges. I hope this printheead lasts long enough to use up my ink....them I'll invest in a new, better quality printer.

I was told by Dell that you could not buy a print head for this printer and was very disappointed at the thought of having to buy a new printer. I researched the printers and was not happy at the thought of having to spend $100 to $150 on one that would do what I wanted. I was also not happy at the thought of having to reinstall all the 5 laptops that use this printer with new printer software. Anyway despite the reviews that it would not work I purchased it... put it in my printer, and the printer worked great. I cannot say how long it will continue to work, but I have had it for several weeks now and it is still doing fine. I hope to get the amount of use out of it that the original print head provided which was over 2 years.

The star rating is meaningless. I bought this in hopes of fixing my 3 in 1 dell printer which it did not. A month later and used I doubted it was returnable so it and the printer went to the dump. An expensive lesson. From what I have read since I think printers are disposable items. Might be most economical to use walmart as your printer or you could do as I did and search for a cheap printer and call it good. $45.00 for the printer and refill cartridges cost the SAME!!!!!

Lead time was a bit disappointing. I guess I have been spoiled by Amazon Prime. A bit pricey, but unlike the refurbished one that did not work, this one did. So in the end I am happy.

I bought the Dell V715W printer and I've had problems with it right after the warranty expired. It worked fine up until then. The printer was printing double images, Replaced the print-head three times in the course of several months. I thought it was the print-heads. The company I bought the print-heads from went out of their way to help me fix the problems, but it appears it's actually the printer not the print-heads. No worries everyone Dell doesn't sell this printer anymore. But if you find someone selling one. DON'T BUY IT.

Works fine. Would copy, but did need to add my printer over again to the computer to print stuff off of my computer. Probably couldn't detect the printer since the head was new. If I want to scan I have to choose the original printer name. So, one printer, two different names for it. I pick the old name to run a scan and the new name to print off stuff. Hope that makes sense.

Ordered as a replacement printhead for my Dell V715w (won't editorialize about the original printhead, which shorted out--that's a different subject, likewise for grumbling about Dell printer product quality).Pulled the old printhead out, popped in the new, put in ink cartridges, and printer is back in operation. No "blocks" as others have mentioned. Worked just like original equipment, which is what it looks like, too. Now to hope it lasts longer.I've only used it for about a week since installing it. But so far, I'm happy that this printhead was the exact replacement part I needed.UPDATE AS OF 7/14/13. I've been using this printhead for close to a couple of months now, printing all sorts of documents and photos. No problems of any kind.

I had to put the printhead in and take it out to readjust it several times but its working fine now. I'am mad at dell services because I called them and told them the problem I was having with my printer. They told me I needed to by a new printer, because they did'nt make the parts for the printers. Lucky for me I found your add under dell and read the reviews, and I ordered your product. THANKS.
