I've used this for less than a week. I've been taking Total Restore for about 2 weeks. So I don't know which to attribute it to, but i'M LOSING WEIGHT! I do not feel hunger and can miss a meal without realizing it. Two to three pounds in that time is remarkable to me.

I don’t know what the other reviewers are feeling, I didn’t feel anything at all. I am a health nut and like to try different things and like a lot of crap on here this is another no go for me.
